Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker, and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology. The father of her was Argentine with Scottish and English roots. Her mother comes from Spanish as well as English heritage. Taylor-Joy has five siblings four from her father's prior marriage. Buenos Aires was her home until the age of six when the family moved into Victoria within London. Taylor-Joy said the relocation was painful, and she refused to study English in the hope of return to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school when she moved from Northlands. Then she enrolled in Queen's Gate School, where she learned dance and participated in productions. At 16, she left school in order to explore acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy was always aware of her desire to become an actor. She was given a opportunity by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management, who offered her a job as a model.
