Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.), was considered as the best athlete in sport. The 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at one Games and she was the first gymnast in history to win three consecutive all-around world championships (2013-15). Biles was born at home in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was first drawn to the sport of gymnastics when she was just 6. Coach Aimee Borman invited her to Bannon's Gymnastix, where they went for a field trip. Biles achieved a silver medal at vaulting in the year 2010 as well as a bronze at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Then she moved on to the level of elite competition in 2011. Within two years she had won the sport. Biles stood out by her consistent performance, her enthusiasm and level of challenge she made every event - vault, uneven bars the balance beam, and the ground work.
