Meagan and Kara

Meagan Good, born on August 8th, 1981 was raised at Panorama City in Los Angeles with her parents Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. Tyra worked for her as a manager throughout her teenage years. She grew with her 3 siblings within Canyon Country California, and began her acting career at the age of four. She appeared as an extra on TV shows including Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. as she began her professional career. In the year she turned thirteen, her debut role in a film Friday was filmed. The film first caught the attention of her character as the struggling teenager Cisely Batiste in Eve's Bayou in 1997 for which she was awarded two nominations, including her first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominee. Good played minor roles in films and on television for a couple of years, before moving into roles that were more mature at the start of the decade. She was Nina, Nickelodeon T.V.'s Cousin Skeeter. She appeared as Nina on Nickelodeon's T.V. program Cousin Skeeter from 1998 until 2001. She has also had minor roles in the films House Party, Down to the Very last Minute as well as 3 Strikes. She portrayed Vanessa Scott on the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. The show featured her in D.E.B.S in 2004 an action-comedy movie that got the actress nominated as Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards of 2005. In the following years, she was in several films such as You've Got Yourself Served, Cookout The Venom: One Mistake Call Waist Deep, and The Love Guru. She continued to be active both on T.V. In addition to films, she played Mya and Ms. Stevens respectively in Think Like a Man featuring an impressive cast, and Dysfunctional Friends, which starred a smaller group. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer, originally from Texas has studied in Baylor University Waco Texas where she graduated with an BA in Fine Arts. She earned a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts in 2010 in the performing arts. The year 2010 marked the beginning of her screen career with If you Can Dream, a web series. Kara Killmer, who had appeared in a number of local productions before making her first appearance on the screen in 2010, made it in Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream. The Hulu series If I Can dream revolves around the lives of a group of musicians who live on the streets of Hollywood California.
