Carol Lynley

Pics Carol Lynley Feet and LegsCarol Lynley (born Carole Ann Jones 13 February 1942 - - September 3, 2019) was an American actress who was known for her role in the films Blue Denim (1959) and The Poseidon Adventure (1972).Lynley was born in Manhattan to an Irish father and New England mother. Prior to becoming an actor she began modeling as a young model. She won the Theatre World Award as "one of the most promising performers in 1956-57" for her role in The Potting Shed. Lynley began her career in film in the year 1958 by appearing in the Disney film The Light in the Forest The Light in the Forest, following by Holiday for Lovers (1959) and Blue Denim (1959). In 1959, she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award as Most Promising Female Newcomer Female. She was nominated to the Golden Globe Award again for the most promising youngcomer of female one year later for Blue Denim.
